For this adventure gift, you will depart from Harbor Island, pass Point Loma and enter the Pacific Ocean, as you and your guest pass a rookery of California Sea Lions. Next, you’re in for some of the best California Whale Watching as you travel on an authentic Navy Seal Rigid Inflatable Boat (R.I.B), which provides you and your guest the chance to get up close and personal with the Gray Whales that migrate off of the California coastline. Your experienced Captain will find the best vantage point for the Whale Watching San Diego Tour and will also serve as your onboard naturalist, relaying a wealth of information about the history and migratory habits of the California Gray Whale. As these beautiful Gray Whales pass by you in the R.I.B., you may even catch a glimpse of the herds of dolphins that are known to travel along with the whales on their annual migration to and from the warmer waters of Mexico. Whale Watching San Diego
The only reason I did not score this a 5 was the weather, which didn't cooperate with us. But the people who put this together are so friendly, and personable, I was extremely happy with this service. It was a true adventure for the average person, and we will go back because of the extraordinary service!
