The Mission District Food Tour offers a delicious assortment of savory and sweet tastings. From incredible tacos and fresh salsa to savory pies and freshly made ice cream, you will enjoy an array of treats as you learn about Mission’s culinary artists and shop keepers.

The Food Tour of Berkeley is your chance to go behind the scenes of this historic culinary mecca. During this edible excursion you will visit the original Peet's Coffee & Tea in Walnut Square, the eclectic food shops at Epicurious Garden, the Vintage Berkeley Wine Shop, and the area's weekly all-organic Farmers Market.

Who
The San Francisco Food Tasting Tour Xperience Certificate® is for two participants. You will be joined by 8 to 10 additional participants on the tour.

Guests
This experience is not suitable for non-paying guests.

When
The San Francisco Mission Tour is offered on Saturdays year-round, subject to availability. Tours typically begin at 11:00 AM and end at 2:15 PM.

The San Francisco Ferry Building Tour is offered on Tuesdays year-round, subject to availability. Tours typically begin at 10:00 AM and end at 12:00 PM.

The Berkeley Food Tour is offered on Thursdays year-round, subject to availability. Tours typically begin at 11:00 AM and end at 2:15 PM.

Duration
The San Francisco Food Tours have a length of 2 to 3¼ hours depending upon the excursion selected.

Weather
The San Francisco Food Tours take place in all weather conditions.

What to wear
Dress comfortably, flat rubber-soled shoes and layers are suggested for this culinary adventure. High heels are not recommended.

Additional Information
Tours include 1 to 2 miles of walking and there are typically four to six stops for tastings. Participants may bring a bottle of water or non-alcoholic beverage on the tour.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the experience no substitutions can be made and locations visited on the tour are subject to change. Tours are not designed for children under the age of 10.

Gratuities for your tour guide are not included but are greatly appreciated and may be offered at the end of the event. You will have the opportunity to purchase additional food and beverages after the experience, therefore participants are urged to bring additional spending money.

Cancellation Policy
All changes to reservations for the San Francisco Food Tasting Tour Experience require seven (7) days advance notice.

Xperience Certificates® cannot be exchanged once a reservation for the experience has been made.
