Exciting Five Hour Nor' Cal' Mountain Biking Introductory Lesson for Two

This exciting half day Bay Area Mountain Biking experience gift is geared towards those looking to learn the basics of mountain biking. The bike lesson consists of on and off-the-bike instruction, plus riding. The morning hours of this bike clinic consist of outdoor classroom instruction and bike handling drills. By the afternoon, you and your guest will embark on a moderate level 6 to 8-mile bike ride through the famous trails of the Marin Watershed or the Santa Cruz Mountains!
You and your guest will receive instruction on: General Bike Fit Guidelines; Mounting and Dismounting Technique; Body Position, Focus and Balance; Pedaling techniques; Gearing/Shifting; Braking Techniques; Climbing Techniques; Cornering Techniques, on uphill, downhill and switchbacks; Bike Handling Drills; Trail Repair and more. Once you've covered the basics, you'll be ready to get on the bike, hit the path and start pedaling as both of you enjoy a 6 to 8 mile Bay Area Mountain Biking Adventure together!

What to wear
All Instructors are experienced cyclists. Instructors are with the students at all times.
Individuals who are pregnant, have broken bones or other physical conditions which are considered unsafe conditions are not eligible to participate.
Participants are required to sign a Liability Release Form. If the participant is under the age of 18 a parent or guardian will need to sign the form prior to participation.

Mountain Biking was AWESOME! I want to keep doing it now and had such a blast. I would recommend this to anyone and actually would love to go again. Great trail, great instructor, and a lot of fun.
