Share the fun of Sea Kayaking and exploring remote islands accessible only by boat on this San Juan Islands Ocean Kayaking Tour for Two. The pristine waters of the San Juan Islands and Gulf Islands are host to over 85 resident Orca Whales and other treasured wildlife. You may enjoy views of Minke Whales, Harbor and Dall's Porpoises, Seals, River Otters and a variety of birdlife ranging from Auklets to Herons. The region also boasts the second largest Bald Eagle breeding population in the Continental US.


During your Kayaking Tour, your knowledgeable guide will meet you and your guest in Friday Harbor on San Juan Island. Here, you will be driven to the launch site located on the west side of San Juan Island. You will then receive a thorough orientation covering the kayak, paddling techniques, safety and boat handling.

Once in the water, you and your guest will work your way north kayaking along the picturesque west side of San Juan Island as you enjoy spectacular views of the Olympic Mountain range and Vancouver Island. After paddling for a couple of hours along the rocky, challenging shores of San Juan Island you will stop for  a tastefully prepared lunch which may include pita bread, hummus, bagels and cream cheese, fresh vegetables, fruit and cookies. 
You will then continue paddling and exploring the western shores of San Juan Island before heading back to Friday Harbor as the sun begins to set on the horizon.
