Enjoy the outdoors and Kayak Michigan! Whether this is your first time in a Kayak or you are looking to brush up on your Kayaking Skills and Techniques, this Sea Kayak Clinic is the perfect experience! You will end the lesson feeling comfortable and confident kayaking in the open water.

During this four-hour kayaking lesson you will learn how to use basic equipment, safety skills, proper and efficient stroke techniques, how to perform rescues, how to get in and out of the kayak from the water and how to assist others get in and out of the kayak from the water. Held on Lake Superior, the clinic will cover all of the ACA Essentials of Kayak Touring. Once you have completed the Kayak Lesson, you will have all of the skills necessary to launch on the Great Lakes and enjoy kayaking from Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.
