Your evening begins with priority boarding. After being escorted to your Dining Coach, the train departs for your evening voyage. You will enjoy premium seating that ensures a private table, a welcome aboard appetizer, a complementary champagne toast at the beginning of the trip (non-alcoholic options available) and signature glasses to keep. You will also receive complementary soda, juice and coffee throughout the trip. 

Once underway, you will be served a delicious three-course dinner while you watch the countryside roll by through large windows at every table. The Executive Chef prepares excellent meals that are considered some of the best in the Central Valley. For a bit of romance, the open-air patio at the end of the train was voted the region’s best place to steal a kiss!  After dinner, you may relax in your well-furnished dining coach or retire to the Club Car that features a full bar and dance floor.
