Freefall Over California During an Amazing Tandem Skydiving California Adventure From Taft, CA

Experience the thrill of California Skydiving! Only 40 miles southwest of the City, your Bakersfield Sky Diving adventure begins with an introduction to the sport, safety aspects of Tandem Skydiving and an overview of all safety procedures and equipment.

After you have completed the pre-jump training, you will suit-up and hop on the plane with your Instructor. Once the plane reaches an altitude of 14,000 feet above the dropzone, it is time to exit the plane! Prior to your Skydiving CA, you will be harnessed to your experienced Certified Instructor as you get ready for an amazing 120 mph 50-60 second freefall.

When you reach an altitude of 5,000 feet, your Instructor will deploy the parachute so that you can glide back to earth under the canopy built for two. During the six minute descent, you will be able to help direct the parachute and enjoy amazing views of the San Joanquin Valley below. This Skydive in California is an amazing experience for anyone looking for a daring adventure and is a great gift!

Who
The Skydiving Bakersfield Xperience Certificate® is for one participant. You will be joined by additional participants.

Guests
This experience is not suitable for non-paying guests, however spectators on the ground are welcome.

When
The Skydiving Bakersfield Experience is offered seven days a week year-round, subject to availability. Reservations can be scheduled between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

Duration
The Skydiving Bakersfield Experience includes a 30 to 60 minute briefing, a 40 to 60 second freefall and a 5 to 8 minute parachute ride. The total duration of this experience is typically 3½ hours.

Weather
The Skydiving Bakersfield Experience may be cancelled by the Instructor due to high winds, heavy rain, fog or other inclement weather.

What to wear
Dress comfortably, tennis shoes that lace and layers and long pants are recommended for this adventure. You will be provided with all necessary equipment to wear during the experience.

Additional Information
Participants must be over the age of 18 years old, I.D. is required for participation. Participation is limited to individuals weighing less than 230lbs and height must be in proportion to weight. Individuals who are pregnant, have broken bones or other physical conditions which are considered unsafe are not eligible to participate. All jumpmasters and instructors have current USPA ratings. All staff members are professionals, chosen for their commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Participants are required to sign a Liability Release Form prior to flight.

Cancellation Policy
All changes to reservations for the Skydiving Bakersfield Experience require seven (7) days advance notice.

Xperience Certificates® cannot be exchanged once a reservation for the experience has been made.
