Your experience begins by helping with the inflation of the balloon at sunrise or two hours before sunset. Then you will climb into the basket as the pilot heats the air inside the balloon until it becomes "lighter than air". This heating allows the balloon to gracefully ascend, affording magnificent and breathtaking views.

Floating gently on the breeze, you will travel at wind speed for approximately one hour. Along the way, you are likely to see wildlife and chat briefly with onlookers on the ground. This is an amazing airborne adventure that is sure to create lasting memories.

Who
The Topeka Hot Air Balloon Ride For Two Xperience Certificate® is for two participants. There will be approximately six additional participants on the flight.

Guests
This experience is not suitable for non-paying guests.

When
The Topeka Hot Air Balloon Flight Experience is offered seven days a week year-round, subject to availability. Flights take place at Sunrise and Sunset. Flight times will vary upon the time of year the flight is scheduled.

Duration
The Topeka Hot Air Balloon Flight Experience has a flight time of approximately 1 hour and a total duration of approximately 3 hours.

Weather
The Topeka Hot Air Balloon Flight Experience may be cancelled by the Pilot due to high winds, heavy rain, fog or other inclement weather.

What to wear
Dress comfortably, flat rubber-soled shoes and layers are recommended for this open air adventure.

Additional Information
Participation in the Hot Air Balloon Experience is limited to individuals weighing less than 220lbs and less than 6’5” tall.

Participants must be able to stand for a minimum of 90 minutes, should be at least 8 years of age and also a minimum of 4’ tall.

Participants are required to sign a Liability Release Form prior to flight.

Cancellation Policy
All changes to reservations for the Topeka Hot Air Balloon Ride Experience require seven (7) days advance notice.

Xperience Certificates® cannot be exchanged once a reservation for the experience has been made.
