Taught by some of the area's best Instructors who have years of experience in the sport, the excitement begins when you meet at the Miami Beach Marina. Here you will get suited up, review the lesson plan and select your equipment before heading out on the water. Once behind the boat, you will learn the basics behind how wakeboarding or wakesurfing works. You’ll be taught how to get yourself up on the rope, how to maneuver the board through the boat’s wake and possibly even a few tricks! Before you know it, you’ll be surfing across the wake!

So, whether you are looking to begin a new hobby or simply looking to try it, this Miami Watersports Adventure is one of the most exciting and unique gifts in Florida no matter which lesson you choose!

The Wakeboarding and Wakesurf Lessons are offered year-round, subject seven days a week year-round, to availability. Lessons are typically begin between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

How Long Is It

The Miami Watersports Adventures include a 60 minute lesson and are typically 1½ hours in duration.

Weather

The Watersports Lessons may be rescheduled by the Instructor due to poor weather conditions.

What To Wear

Dress comfortably in swimwear. Sun glasses and sunscreen as well as a change of clothing are all recommended.

Price includes tax and use of all equipment during the lesson.

Participants must be at least 10 years of age and be able to swim. Participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by parent or guardian. Individuals who are pregnant, have broken bones or other physical conditions which are considered unsafe conditions are not eligible to participate.

Gratuities are not included but are greatly appreciated and may be offered at the end of the event.

Question: What is the difference between wakeboarding and wakesurfing?

Answer: Wakesurfing is literally on a surfboard instead of a wakeboard. It is less physically demanding than wakeboarding and undertaken at slower speeds, so you'll pick it up quicker.
Question: Can we bring a cooler?

Answer: Yes. Snacks and drinks are not included so feel free to bring your own.
Question: What else should I bring?

Answer: Be sure to bring a towel, sunscreen, sunglasses and your swimsuit.
