Looking for the best way to explore New York? Then lace up your Chuck Taylors and head to Brooklyn! This exciting experience gift offers you the chance to hop on two wheels and discover the Big Apple from the seat of a sweet cruiser bike.

This ten mile bike tour begins in Williamsburg where you will meet your friendly Guide and be fitted with your Public cruiser bike, helmet and walkie-talkie. Once everyone is ready to roll, your Guide will escort you and the rest of the guests on a sightseeing excursion across the East River through Lower Manhattan including Chelsea, the Meatpacking District, the East Village and the Lower East Side. Along the Bike Tour, you will stop at an eclectic mix of shops, markets and eateries. You will have the opportunity to enjoy artisan coffee and cupcakes, purchase some snazzy pencils or just take snapshots of the swag.

The adventure concludes as you cycle across the Williamsburg Bridge and head back to the bike shop. So whether you are looking for a unique gift or a fun afternoon out, this NYC Bike Tour is the ticket!

Who Is Included hide

The Manhattan Bike Tour Experience Gifts Certificate is valid for one participant, unless additional participants are added onto the certificate. There will be up to 8 participants in total on the tour.

This experience is not suitable for non-paying guests or spectators.

When It Is Offered hide

The Manhattan Bike Tours are offered 7 days a week, year-round, subject to availability. The Big Apple Bicycle Tours typically begin at 10:00 AM.

How Long Is It hide

The Manhattan Classic Bike Tours cover approximately 12 miles on flat terrain during 2½ hours of biking, 1½ hours on foot at various stops and have a total duration of 4½ to 5 hours.

Weather hide

The New York City Bike Tours take place in most conditions. In the case of rain, participants will be provided with ponchos to wear during the tour.

What To Wear hide

Dress comfortably, flat rubber-soled shoes and layers are recommended for this biking adventure. Please do not wear open-toed shoes, flip-flops, sandals or high-heels.

Additional Information hide

Tour price includes a bike, helmet, and a ticket for the East River Ferry. Tours include approximately 2½ hours of biking which covers about 12 miles on flat terrain. In-ear headsets are provided so you don't miss anything!

Participation is limited to individuals 13 years of age or older. Individuals who are pregnant, have broken bones or other physical conditions, which are considered unsafe conditions, are not eligible to participate. Participants must be able to ride a bike and have a moderate fitness level.

Participants will ride primarily in designated bike lanes. Bicycles come with big baskets for plenty of storage. Bikes have back-pedal breaks and hand brakes.

Tour stops typically include a delicious food market, artisan coffee roaster and cupcake shop, plus a quirky pencil store. Specific stops on the tour are subject to change. Restrooms are available during the tour. Food and beverages are not included in the price of the tour, and it is suggested to bring at least $20.00 per person to purchase snacks and/or a light light lunch during the tour.

Gratuities are not included but are greatly appreciated and may be offered at the end of the event.
