About This Experience

General Information hide

You and your guest will enjoy a fully-guided one and half hour jeep tour of the Red Rocks of Sedona. A breathtaking backdrop for everything from spiritual pursuits to the hundreds of hiking and mountain biking trails, the famous red rocks of Sedona are formed by a layer of rock, the Schnebly Hill Formation, found only in the Sedona vicinity.

Among the rock formations one closely resembles the character Snoopy and Lucy (from the popular Peanuts comic strip). Other landmark rock formations include Coffeepot Rock, Bell Rock, Cathedral Rock, Chimney Rock, Courthouse Butte, the Mittens, the Cow Pies, and the Rabbit Ears.

During your guided jeep tour, you will visit many of these amazing sandstone creations deposited during the Permian period, making for an adventure perfect for two!
