Take a laid back look at Austin on a two hour guided kayak tour along Lady Bird Lake to Barton Springs. Following an experienced guide and instructor, you’ll get to see the city from a different angle as you gently paddle your kayak.

Following a short safety briefing, you’ll be provided with a life jacket, kayak, and paddle. When you’re on the water, your guide will give your small group a short lesson on moving and steering the kayak before you head off on Austin’s famously warm waters. During your two hour tour, you’ll paddle for approximately two miles along Lady Bird Lake to Barton Springs, a three acre, natural spring fed pool. Along the way you’ll be able to enjoy views of Austin’s city skyline and riverside, and see some of the area’s wildlife, including great blue herons, bats, kingfishers, turtles, and even hawks in the skies above.
