Great Flight bad Xperience Days Customer Service

We called to try to book the flight with less than 2 weeks notice. This is not the first time I have done a flight experience but the first time we used Xperience Days. The last time we were able to book the day before. My deployment date to Afghanistan got moved up and so we called and asked if we could schedule sooner than 2 weeks. The rep we spoke with said no. There is absolutely no way around it. My wife then called FlyCarolina at Concord Regional Airport (the company Xperience was using) and they said they would book it no problem. We called Xperience back and were once again told we would not be able to use the gift certificate purchased through them. We would have to pay out of pocket. We called FlyCarolina back and spoke with Julian. He then called and got it scheduled for us. We had a great time and would recommend FlyCarolina to anyone but not Xperience Days. The only reason I gave it a 3 was because the experience itself was AWESOME! Next time we will cut out the middle man and contact the airport directly.
