Dinner Cruise Chicago
"The food was okay but wish it would have been spectacular. We thought we were going on a romantic dinner cruise but the music was loud and definitaly not romantic. Still enjoyed each others company and kind staff."
Paul and Dianne - Chicago (Sunday, October 11, 2009)

Chicago Dinner Cruise
"We were very disappointed in this cruise. It was not made clear to me that we would be seated with another couple at a very small table for four when I purchased the experience as a Valentine's Day gift. The food was like a cheap all-you-can-eat buffet at the mall. It was a disappointment for the price."
L Clark - Franklin, WI (Tuesday, July 22, 2008)

dinner cruise 7/12/08
"The cruise was very nice the only negative thing I would say about it is our hostess didn't pay attention to the buffet to let people know they could go ahead and get their dinner. Most of the time there was no one at the buffet table and she was on another floor talking or talking to people on her floor instead of paying attention to the empty buffet table. People all around were very upset and complaining about not being let go to get their dinners. It was probably hear 9 pm or later when we finally got released to to go an get our food. You should have a hostess for seating people and another hostess or waiter/waitress to pay attention to the buffet table and advising people to go ahead and get their dinner.
No candle on our table and waitress forgot my coke I ordered.
Also, would suggest nice dinner music during dinner and before dancing. I noticed a waiter and waitress dancing with themselves in the third floor bar area. They are there to work not to dance.
Finally, soda and ice tea should come with the dinner."

"The cruise would have been wonderful had it not been for the weather. We sailed in a Thunderstorm and could not use the outside decks. Everything else was good, but for the money, it would be nicej to have good weather!"
Debbie - Chicago (Sunday, July 13, 2008)
