New York City Dessert Tour

The New York City Dessert Tour Experience Gifts Certificate is valid for one participant, unless additional are added to the certificate. There will be up to sixteen total participants on the tour.

This experience is not suitable for non-paying guests or spectators.

The Sugartooth Tours are offered Saturdays and Sundays year-round, subject to availability. Tours typically begin between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

The NYC Dessert Tours have a tour length of 1½ to 2 hours and a total duration of approximately 1¾ to 2¼ hours.

The Big Apple Dessert Tours take place in all weather conditions.

Dress comfortably, in layers for the day's weather. Flat, rubber-soled walking shoes are recommended for this outdoor culinary adventure.

Tours include approximately 1½ to 2 miles of walking and all tastings offered are included. Tours typically include 6 stops. Portion sizes vary at each tasting location. Some tastings will be individual while other maybe samples which are shared and split among the group. Participants are advised to eat a light lunch or snack before going on the tour.

Substitutions to accommodate vegetarians can be made, but unfortunately substitutions for other allergies and diets, including vegans and gluten-free guests are not offered. Participants are welcome to purchase water, coffee or other beverages at any of the stops on the tour.

Tours are family friendly and appropriate for all ages. Children 0-3 years of age are free of charge unless a separate tasting portion is desired for them. A ticket is required for all participants 4 years of age and older. Strollers can be accommodated on the tours; and, the majority of tours are handicap accessible.

Bright Lights & Broadway Bites Dessert Tour
Offered on Saturdays at 11:00 AM and on Sundays at 12:00 PM Year Round
Participants will learn the stories behind the bright lights of Broadway while tasting classic New York desserts. Tours are guided through the Theater District by actors who are also licensed tour guides. As you get the inside scoop on Broadway and the theater district’s history, you will have the opportunity to sample sweet treats such as cheesecake, chocolate egg creams, black and white cookies, deli favorites and more!

Ice Cream Summer Sundays Frozen Treats Tour
Offered on Saturdays and on Sundays at 1:00 PM June thru September
Tours include six delicious dessert tastings which are typically: spekuloos ice cream cookie sandwiches, fruit popsicles, oreo mini milk shakes, gelato, ice cream and cheesecake rice pudding.

Find Heaven in Hell’s Kitchen Tour
Offered on Tuesdays and on Fridays at 3:00 PM Year Round
Tours include six delicious tastings which are typically: a chocolates truffle, apple pie, Greek baklava, doughnut bites, cookies and artisan bread.

Sweeter Than Sugar Chelsea/West Village Dessert Tour
Offered on Saturdays and on Sundays at 4:00 PM Year Round
Tours include six delicious tastings which are typically: half pound cookie halves, ice cream or hot chocolate (depending on the season), doughnut bites, candy, chocolates and create your own mini cupcakes!

Gratuities for the tour guide are not included but are greatly appreciated and may be offered at the end of the event.

All changes to reservations for the New York City Dessert Tour Experience require ten (10) days advance notice.

Xperience Certificates® cannot be exchanged once a reservation for the experience has been made.
