Enjoy a series of four exceptional Cooking Lessons in New York with acclaimed chef and author, Karen Lee. Featuring fresh, hand-picked, organic ingredients, you will learn how to create unique and increasingly involved dishes. Menus consist of classic and as well as new, unpublished recipes that are high in flavor and low in fat. Vegetables, fruits, grains, eggs, nuts, and more are personally selected and purchased from the very best markets in Manhattan.

After you learn how to cook a delicious meal you will get sit down and relax as you indulge in all of your hard work. Entrée Ideas include pan roasted filet mignon with balsamic red wine glaze, marinated and grilled pompano with roasted tomatoes, pan roasted New Zealand bass with thyme, chili-rubbed rib eye, grilled shrimp on arugula, and more!

These New York Culinary Courses will teach you the tips and secrets of a Top Chef and show you how to manage your time so that you may actually get to sit and enjoy dinner with family and friends at your next dinner party.

The Cooking Course In New York Xperience Certificate® is for one participant. You will be joined by additional participants in the class.

This experience is not suitable for non-paying guests.

The New York Cooking Course is offered on select Tuesday evenings, as well as Monday, Wednesday and Saturday mornings September thru May, subject to availability. Evening classes begin at 7:00 PM and morning classes begin at 10:00 AM.

The Cooking Course In New York City has a class time of 3 hours per session. Four individual classes are included in this cooking course.

The NYC Cooking Course takes place in all weather conditions.

What to wear
Dress comfortably, flat rubber-soled shoes are recommended for this culinary adventure. Please do not wear open-toed shoes or nylons.

New York Culinary classes take place with Chef Karen Lee. Karen is the renowned author of numerous cookbooks including: The Occasional Vegetarian, Nouvelle Chinese Cooking, Soup, Salad and Pasta Innovations and more. Karen has also received acclaim from New York Magazine, Zagat, Bazaar Magazine, Time Magazine, and The New York Times.


Cancellation Policy
All changes to reservations for the Cooking Course In New York Experience require fourteen (14) days advance notice. Changes to reservations are subject to a $45.00 administrative fee.

Xperience Certificates® cannot be exchanged once a reservation for the experience has been made.
