Enjoy a three hour Cooking Class in New York led by acclaimed chef and author, Karen Lee. Featuring fresh, hand-picked, organic ingredients, you and your guest will create a unique and increasingly involved meal.

Menus consist of classic as well as new, unpublished recipes that are high in flavor and low in fat. Vegetables, fruits, grains, eggs, nuts, and all other ingredients are personally selected by the chef from the very best markets in New York City. Entrée Ideas include crispy sautéed scallops with Asian spices, pan roasted strip steak with oregano and garlic, sliced swordfish with ginger and scallions, roasted tomato soup with crabmeat garnish.

After the two of you learn how to cook a delicious and nutritious meal, you will finally get to sit down and enjoy your creation. This New York Cooking Lesson will teach you both the tips and secrets of a Top Chef and show you how to manage your time so that the next time you host a dinner party, you can actually sit and relax as you dine with family and friends.

The Cooking In New York For Two Xperience Certificate® is for two participants. You will be joined by six to eight additional participants in the class.

This experience is not suitable for non-paying guests.

The Cooking In New York is offered on select Tuesday evenings, as well as Monday, Wednesday and Saturday mornings September thru May, subject to availability. Evening classes begin at 7:00 PM and morning classes begin at 10:00 AM.

The Karen Lee's Cooking Class has a class time of 3 hours and a total duration of approximately 3½ hours.

The New York Cooking Lesson takes place in all weather conditions.

What to wear
Dress comfortably, flat rubber-soled shoes are recommended for this culinary adventure. Please do not wear open-toed shoes or nylons.

Cancellation Policy
All changes to reservations for the Cooking In New York Experience require fourteen (14) days advance notice. Changes to reservations are subject to a $45.00 administrative fee.

Xperience Certificates® cannot be exchanged once a reservation for the experience has been made.
