Explore Savannah’s hidden gems and best secret dining spots on a three guided walking tour. Discover the historic Downtown and Eastside neighborhoods and sample the best of Southern comfort cooking and exciting modern flavors.

After meeting up with your local guide, a foodie lover and Savannah expert, you’ll set off to your first stop. Over the next three hours, you’ll take a gentle one mile stroll around the Eastside (or should that be eats-side!), stopping often to taste some of Savannah’s classic flavors, from fried green tomato chutney to peach cobbler waffles, and grits. You’ll also sample some of the international cuisines which are adding to Savannah’s dynamic food culture, from arancini at an Italian restaurant to South African Conquistador sandwiches (chicken, provolone and greens on french bread smothered in a special sauce). You can also sample thriving local ingredients such as raw honey from the Capital Bee Company. Along the way you’ll also learn more about Savannah’s history and see historic sights such as Columbia Square.
