Enjoy a two hour Sightseeing Lunch Cruise on the Willamette River with a guest in Portland, Oregon. This is your chance to sit back, relax and take in all of the beautiful sites that the picturesque City of Roses has to offer.

You and your guest will enjoy a delicious meal featuring Northwest Cuisine as you listen to live entertainment. Departing from Tom McCall Waterfront Park, you will head South (upstream) from downtown Portland on the Willamette River to the Milwaukie Basin/Lake Oswego area. Once you’ve reached Peter Kerr Park it’s time to head back.

Enjoy the outside observation decks as the return leg cruises North through downtown, grab a drink at the bar or simply take pleasure in time spent together on this indulgent Willamette River escape.

The Portland Lunch Cruises are offered Monday thru Saturday year-round, subject to availability. The cruise typically boards at 11:00 AM, departs at 11:30 AM and returns at 1:30 PM.

The Lunch Cruises have a sail time of approximately 2 hours and a total duration of approximately 2½ hours.

Weather

The Lunch Cruises in Portland may be held dockside or rescheduled by the Captain if there are severe weather conditions.

What To Wear

Dressy Casual attire is suggested. High heels are not recommended, but flat non-slip shoes are. The vessel offers fully enclosed with climate-controlled dining decks. Layers are suggested as it gets cooler on the outer decks.

Additional Information

The price includes the sightseeing cruise, live entertainment and a meal. Your meal includes your choice of plated entrée prepared to order. The menu changes each day to include fresh, seasonal and local ingredients. Appetizers and beverages other than water are available for purchase.

Fun Lunch Date

We took the Willamette cruise 10+ years ago, but I don't think we had a meal. Our son & family gave the lunch cruise as part of our family Christmas exchange. We enjoyed the meal and cruise very much even though the weather was overcast and it rained just a bit.

Had a great time, the food was excellent. Would have been nice to have the narration as we were cruising broadcast inside the cabin - didn't know that it was occurring until we went on deck, which was much later during the cruise. Would have been so much nicer if the winds hadn't been blowing the smoke from the fires into the area but you can't predict mother nature! We enjoyed the relaxing adventure!

We had a lovely sunny day and the cruise was fun. Might be worth mentioning in your confirmations that you need ID to get on the boat (coastguard's regulations). I'm from the UK where we don't need to carry ID so I didn't have anything but they accepted my husband's Driving License for both of us - fortunately - I'd have hated to miss it.

We enjoyed our cruise. My only complaint is that your only choice of beverage that comes with the meal is hot tea or coffee. Seems like you could include iced tea or something cold. When we added an appetizer and dessert, it makes the day much more expensive but I know it was by our choice. The staff is very friendly and it was a pleasant day even though it was raining.

What a beautiful day for a cruise...warm October day, plenty of sun, changing leaves with briliant colors and great food. Add to that my beautiful wife, my son and his wife and my daughter and her husband and we have a combination that couldn't be beat! I highly recommend this 2.5 hour adverture. Our son and daughter bought us the Portland Lunch Cruise for our 40th wedding anniversary. Our anniversary is in December so we waited until August to take the cruise.
