Go Speed Racer Go! As a racecar driver, you will have the opportunity to suit up, strap in, and drive a winged Formula 2000 race car. The driver and track guests will head out to one of the safest and liberal of all formula car schools to experience the thrill of driving without a pace car as you speed around the track! Your experience begins with instruction on what it takes to control a racecar on the track when driving at high speeds on a road track followed by live demonstrations and a practice driving session in racing prepared street cars. Your final preparation involves a short introduction to the Formula 2000 racecars, review of the safety flags and a short discussion about racing etiquette. Then it's off to the races! So suit up in the provided gear, a fire resistant suit and protective helmet, and climb into the window of a manual transmission racing car to experience the thrill of two life-changing 20-minute track sessions with this Half-Day road racing program!
No Artificial Speed / Rev Limits Passing Allowed In All Programs Zero Liability Full Laps Every Session In-Car Timing Systems 3-to-1 Student to Instructor Ratio On-Board Video Service & Professional Photo Service Participation in the Formula 2000 Racing is limited to individuals weighing less than 250lbs and less than 6’6” tall. Individuals who are pregnant, have broken bones or other physical conditions which are considered unsafe in racing conditions are not eligible to participate. Participants must be at least 5' tall and 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license. Participants are required to sign a Liability Release Form.

A very well organized school, with very plenty of insightful instruction. They really do seem to want to give you the best opportunity to run the cars to their full capabilities. This includes providing a safe passing zone for quicker drivers to overtake, which other similar schools do not allow. One suggestion, spring for extra money and opt to do the full day course because 2 20 minute sessions is not enough time if you are really into learning race craft.

1/2 Day Racing F2000 @ Pocono Raceway
I received this gift from my wife on Christmas. I must say that I didn't know what to expect. Well, it past all my ideas and then some. The instructors were friendly and helpful. the class time wasn't much use (to me) a little more track time would be more useful. A third 20 minute track time would have been great. We are planning another trip this year with some friends. GREAT JOB

Roos Racing

Formula Racecar Driving
A most enjoyable day. Well organized and well run. I have raced other vehicles before (Porsche Club) and Nascar stock cars but this was exciting. My only complaint was the vehicles themselves, which are quite crude. No leg space to work the clutch, brake and throttle and a non synchronized transmission. Other than that, it was a hoot.

1/2 Day Racing
I was expecting to spend 4 hours in the classroom and 10 minutes driving. It was a pleasant surprise with exactly the right amount of classroom to road time. The instructors were friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy about their experience. I would bring a friend and do this again.

Half Day Racing School
This was an excellent introduction class, and was a lot of fun. The instructors were friendly, but critical, which was great. Two 20 minute sessions go by quick, but they really do turn you loose without much classroom time, and you're free to explore your own limits. I'd consider taking more classes with this school.

Racing 1/2 Day
Great time! My only constructive critic is this. After your 20 minute driving session you get feed back from field instructors. However the feedback is general overall information for the entire group. The feedback time could be better spent giving a 1 minute review of each driver. That way you know what to specifically work on when you go back on the track for your 2nd 20 minute session.

Racing Experience
A lot of fun, great experience driving mini formula cars. Just wish the cars weren't so 'de-tuned' and we had more time on the track rather than the classroom.
