Enjoy a Gourmet Cruise in Rockport Harbor Maine on this Relaxing Schooner Sail For Two
This is the perfect opportunity to see the bay and enjoy the tastes of Maine; choose from either a Lobster Lunch Cruise or a Gourmet Sunset Sail.
The Gourmet Sunset Sail
Board the Schooner HERON for a magnificent sunset sail. Enjoy picturesque Rockport Harbor, as the crew eases her sheets and the Ship rounds Indian Island Light. Hors d’oeuvres will be served as you pass Robinsons Rock where you can admire the dozens of Harbor Seals that call this rock home. With the sun setting behind the Camden Hills, the Ship heads back to Rockport Harbor, a perfect start to a wonderful Maine evening. Guests are welcomed to bring along a bottle of wine to enjoy on the trip.
The Lobster Lunch Cruise
Select the Lobster Lunch Cruise from the options menu and watch osprey and eagles soar overhead and enjoy the harbor seals basking on the ledges at Robinson's Rocks or simply relax as the Schooner HERON takes the bay in her stride on our favorite downwind leg. You will be served Maine's tastiest Lobster Roll lunch while sailing among the many islands in the bay.
Following lunch you will tack over towards North Haven and round the whistle buoy by the ledges. Hot tea or coffee with cookies top off the perfect trip as you fall off the wind and head back into Rockport Harbor.
Every Experience Gift is beautifully presented in our unique Xperience Days Gift Box.

Product Reviews
Gorumet Sunset Cruise Schooner Heron
"I purchased this trip for my wife's Birthday - pros = Geat couple Twig & Bonnie/ couldn't ask for better Hosts - felt safe - comfortable - Beautiful Schooner - Calm Waters - almost prefect Sunset - scrumpious snacks - cons = paided for a 3+ hour trip only got 2 hours - young people in the way of the sunset pictures - Captain didn't swing the boat around for a good view of the sunset. We both had a good time and think that the older couples should go with out the younger couples - separate cruises.
All in all a good time."

Schooner HERON
"Ted and myself got a gift card and had a wonderful experience on the schooner Heron. The husband and wife team were awesome, and I would do it again. I also recommend it to all my friends and family."

Lunch Cruise
"This cruise was fantastic and worth every penny. Some of the best investment that I have put my money in for a long time. The host and hostess were superb! The lobster lunch was served under adverse conditions and done so very well. I have eaten all over the world and really respected the effort put out on this cruise.
I rate it as a AAAAAAAAAAAAAA+"

Maine Sunset Sail
"Although the sun struggled to peak out through the clouds,we had a wonderful time on the Heron. This was a wonderful way to spend an afternoon/evening cruise on a beautiful boat with two gracious hosts."

Heron Schooner Cruise
"We enjoyed the cruise very much,it was a beautiful sunny day and both Twig and Bonnie were warm and gracious hosts. The certificate read 'gourmet cruise' which is a bit misleading for the 10 am cruise. I see that the Heron refers to it more clearly on their site, stating that a Lobster Roll will be served. The food was delicious, it's just not a gourmet experience for the 10 am cruise."

My Schooner trip
"My husband recived this as a Christmas gift. After I made the plans and asked for a 10:00 time, my confirmation can back for 1:30. Thank goodness for the captain, as he called us 5 minutes before the ship sailed and he waited for us to arrive.
We could have lost out on the trip and the $100.00 that my daughter had spent.
(There should be more careful confirmations as there is not a 1:30 cruise on the Heron)
We went on the cruise 7/6/08 and had a lot of fun. The team on the Heron were wonderful.
