We are the only cooking school, The Mardi Gras School of Cooking, that does small, intimate hands-on classes in the French Quarter. Classes are more like a dinner party with friends. Feel welcomed into our kitchens by the Chefs themselves. From the moment you arrive until you roll out the door our Chefs are friendly, personable and entertaining. Not to mention their culinary skills are impecable. Our minimum class size is 2 people. A solo traveler may join an already scheduled class. Call us to hear about the available classes. For parties of 8 or more, you will have to contact us directly to book. We have questions.

The Cajun Roux Cooking Class In New Orleans may be rescheduled by the operator of the activity due to inclement weather conditions. Reservations cancelled due to weather can be rescheduled for an alternative date and time.
