• Great night out with family.

  We had a fantastic time! Cat and Ricky were great. Cat was entertaining and informative. She answered all our questions and pointed out things as we went by. We had a great time. We definitely would rebook!

  Dan and Jon were my favorite tour guides ever! Would 100% recommend. Very nice and informative. Tour was very fun! Best tour in AMI.

• Fun nighttime kayaking

  Great night on the water with Amy and Kevin. Paddling through the mangrove tunnel was our favorite part. We personally didn’t catch (and release!) much of anything, but we didn’t care because it was just so beautiful to be be out at night with the LED kayaks.

  Great time! My friend was super scared going into it but by the end she loved it! Would have loved to see a manatee but we caught some crabs and jellyfish. Be prepared to get a little wet and to paddle against current if windy.

• Fun Kayaking

  When the fish jumped into the kayak… the night lights were really cool and we enjoyed the tour. The tour guides were great even though the wildlife didn’t corporate much.

  The experience was fun, not guaranteed to see mantee but saw a shark and other animals! still very fun. nice to see the sea through the bottom

  Kevin was our amazing tour guide and kept it fun and exciting! We saw birds, fish, dolphins, a shark! 🦈 and a Momma Manatee and her calves!! Such an amazing experience!! Thank you Kevin! We will definitely be back!!!

• Highly recommend this experience

  Highly recommend this experience. We seen a sea turtle, sword fish, caught shrimp, minnows, and star fish. The amount of laughter and joy that came from our group was worth the whole thing. Our guides Jake and Liz were amazing. Very welcoming, knowledgeable, and were great to have.

  Fun trip and they were so kind to reschedule us from Friday night to Saturday night Lou and Dan did a great job. We only had a 30 min delay due to a group being late and then not showing was impressed they cared enough to wait for them. Would recommend it was fun ages from Mid 50s to 8 in our group.

• A great and unique experience

  Such a unique and great experience. Can’t recommend enough. We will be doing this again next year with Cat and Amy! You’ll get to see some of the local wildlife by using the net provided. The water is very shallow and the kayaks are tandem ones so little ones can paddle with adults. The LEDs on the kayaks really do light up the water especially when you’ve got two kayaks or more side by side. We did the 8 o’clock and saw a nice sunset too.

  Trip was fun and well organized. The guide was helpful and showed us spider crabs blue crabs and other things he could find in the water. Lots of small fish but unfortunately no manatees Would absolutely do again

• Highly Recommend!!!

  We went on the Clear Kayak LED Night Glass Bottom Tour on AMI with our tour guides, Dan and Tanner. What an amazing experience! Dan was so helpful and informative as he scooped up all types of critters and showed it to us all. Tanner did a great job and was also very knowledgeable about the area and types of fish/marine life around. The boats were so much fun, since you could see all the fish, salp, and crabs around you in their natural environment. We had an awesome time and will definitely do it again! Thank you Dan and Tanner!

• A good experience.

  This was a good experience. However our l e d lights were very dim. Where they have you get into the kayaks it is very very muddy and smelly. There was only one other couple in a kayak. And we absolutely could not hear the Young man who was in charge of our night Trip. As he spoke, it seemed that he was only speaking with the one couple and my husband and I couldn't hear much of what he was saying. The kayak trip is very long. I would say it's about a mile out if not more and about a mile back if not more so if you are tired. I would not advise you to take the trip. It was not the young man's fault. But we did not see any manatees. No fish, no starfish, we saw absolutely nothing. He apologized immensely, but we realized it was not his fault. But as I say, it was a good experience.

• A unique and exhilarating experience for any age and experience level.

  Paige and Amy were awesome guides. Made everyone feel comfortable and safe, offered really cool facts and info about the area and wildlife, were laid back and FUN to talk with, and were extra sweet to my 8 year old son and his grandma… Felt like we went out with friends we’ve known for years. The equipment worked well and the experience as a whole is unique and exhilarating. Fun and very doable for all ages and ability levels. Highly recommend this activity to travelers and locals alike and that you request Paige and Amy to lead your adventure!!

• Nice trip that was different from the usual tourist stuff.

  Great weather, good family activity. The guides did a nice job of explaining everything and worked hard to make the experience fun for everyone.

  It was very nice evening . Water was very calm after short rain. We didn't see a lot of sea life. Our guide was lucky enough to catch 2 blue crabs and we also did see one manatee.

• Well worth it!

  This is a really cool experience. Dan was an awesome guide and made it such a fun night for all of us. Really loved the live aquarium he put together with all of our finds. He’s so personable and really made the experience awesome. We saw a lemon shark and the silhouette of a manatee! Couldn’t have asked for a better night!

• Would never rebook

  Would not refund money, even though I called someone prior to excursion informing them that an emergency came up and we could no longer attend. The receptionist told us to write the company via email (which I did) to request refund and cancellation in writing. Would not recommend. They do not stay true to their word.

• Not very exciting

  Not very exciting. was hoping so see a lot of marine life, but ended up not seeing much. Our guides Amy and Eric were friendly and made it as fun as they could. I wouldn’t do it again personally, and my wife agrees.

• Loved the experience, hate the office

  The experience in the water was great. Larry and Amy were wonderful. They really tried to make sure everyone was having a good time and Amy went around sharing the marine life that people found so everyone could enjoy it.
  Having said that the company itself is terrible. They never got back to me on the two messages I sent them. The one time I got through on the phone the lady was very rude and didn't want to be bothered. Fortunately you would not have to deal with the office on a normal basis.

• Beautiful night for a paddle!

  Almost everything was great about this tour except for, we felt that the group size of the tour was too big. We couldn’t hear the guide explain a lot about what we were to experience throughout the tour. It was fun getting to kayak with my wife though!

• Nice afternoon out on the water!

  We did the day tour and were not disappointed. We saw a manatee, several birds and lots of jumping mullets. Amy was our tour guide and was very knowledgeable about the species in the area. She did say it is easier to see underwater creatures on the night tour.

  John did a great job as a tour guide. He was friendly and experienced. Marine life did not cooperate but we enjoyed our time together on the water.

• 10/10 so much fun!

  Cat was our guide for a morning trip. We saw manatees, comorants, dolphin and Cat pulled out little baby shrimp and a blue crab for us to check out. She was very knowledgeable and we actually learned a lot about the area and the wildlife! Had a blast, would definitely do it again!

  The night kayaking was a blast! The views and creatures we encountered were awesome. We absolutely loved Dan/Gio and they made the trip extremely fun with there knowledge of the areas. Highly recommend this.

• Didn’t see any manatees...

  Didn’t see any manatees or dolphins. Had to blind scoop in the sea grass to find anything. Fun adventure but did not see a lot of wildlife

• Completely new experience, would absolutely go again!

  When me and my girlfriend freaked out over 2 crabs that hopped into our kayak, also when we went through this forest route surrounded by trees and branches

• Stay away from this company and tour! You will get eaten up alive

  I would highly recommend staying away from this company and Tif you have young children. The tour guides were nice but the owner is so horrific and rude. My son has a severe allergy to insects and you have to wait about 25 minutes before boarding the kayaks and we had to leave for his own health, he called me up on the phone after, calling me a liar after the tour guides were nice enough and said that they were going to inform the owner about our experience and hopefully they understand and help us out. The guy called me up and berated me. I have a child with asthma, and one with severe allergies. The kids at this age didn’t feel safe with the number of boats out there. But more so the owner is so so so rude

• Outstanding adventure and company

  What a unique adventure! Our guides were confident and enthusiastic. We had to cut the trip super short due to unexpectedly high winds, but the guides put our safety first in making their decision, and it is why I give Clear Kayak Tours a 5-star rating. Additionally, they contacted headquarters for us to let them know all of us would be requesting to reschedule or obtain a refund. We will book again as soon as possible!

• LED sunset / night Anna Marie Clear Kayak Tour.

  John & Ricky took good care of us. We left at sunset and paddled along Anna Marie up to a channel for manatee viewing. John shared nature knowledge as well as local lore. Good Trip! Even with our 2 teenage boys.

• Unorganized

  From the start we had red flags. We were looking for fun and adventure. Poor communication, unable to hear our leader within the group. Personal information instead of ecology of area and water. Leader was totallly unaware of members of group left behind, again poor communication.More physical than told, or expected. Paddled across a large body of water, against the wind, saw nothing. Not one fish or other life, water too murky. Very Disappointed.
