Experience a memorable cooking extravaganza with an evening or afternoon of cooking, camaraderie and fabulous food. With so many different cooking classes offered, you will be able to brush up on your knife skills with the help of an acclaimed Chef in Reno, Nevada.

After arriving, the head chef will provide an overview of the fun to come. Then it’s into the kitchen to create the meal. You and the rest of the foodies will be led through the preparation of a delicious meal. After the cooking lesson, you will get the opportunity to taste your creations.

Throughout the lesson and meal, the chef will impart tips, facts, and guidance about the food, methods and preparations used. This is a fantastic opportunity to ask the experts and to learn the tricks of the culinary trade, all while having a great time and meeting new people.

The Cooking Classes in Reno are offered on select dates year-round, subject to availability. Classes take place weekdays from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Saturday mornings from 10:00 am to 1:00 PM.

The Reno Culinary Session has a class time of 3 hours and a total duration of approximately 3½ hours.

The Reno Cooking Class takes place in all weather conditions.

What To Wear

Dress comfortably, flat rubber-soled shoes are recommended for this culinary adventure. Please do not wear open-toed shoes or nylons.

Classes are held in a 6,000 square foot Culinary Center which includes a cooking school with hands-on and demonstration classes taught by a variety of Master Chefs, a Napa Valley style gourmet deli, and a kitchen store with a wide variety of ingredients, appliances and accessories for people who love to cook.

Question: How much previous experience should I have for these classes? Will I get left behind?

Answer: Not at all. These classes focus on your technique and incorporate a unique "non-professional" philosophy. This is truly a class for all levels.
Question: Do I need to bring any kitchen supplies to the class?

Answer: No, the cooking school has a 6000 square foot culinary center with all of the ingredients, appliances and accessories you'll need.
