Explore San Diego during a mouth-watering 2½ hour guided Food Tour of either Old Town or the Gaslamp Quarter neighborhoods.

Home to over 100 unique restaurants and bars, the Gaslamp Quarter is one of San Diego’s trendiest neighborhoods and the San Diego Brothels, Bites and Booze Tour is perfect way to discover the best it has to offer. Throughout this San Diego Food Tour you will savor ethnic cuisine from Indian curry, to delicious seafood and Mexican tacos. Daytime tours even include a stop at a  local brewery where you will learn how beer is made as you sample freshly brewed beers!

Known for its authentic Mexican food, Old Town San Diego has about 25 restaurants in the neighborhood - learn which offer the most mouth-watering morsels as you taste your way through this part of Town. In addition to fantastic food sampling and drink tastings, you will learn about the rich history and architecture of Old Town.

The San Diego Food Tasting Tour Xperience Certificate® is for two participants. There will be additional participants on the tour.

This experience is not suitable for non-paying guests.

When It Is Offered hide

The San Diego Food Tour is offered Wednesday thru Saturday year-round, subject to availability.

Old Town Tours are offered Wednesday thru Friday evenings and typically begin at 5:30 PM. Gaslamp Quarter Tours are typically offered at 11:00 AM on Fridays and Saturdays and at 5:30 PM Wednesday thru Saturday evenings.

How Long Is It hide

The San Diego Culinary Walking Tours have a tour length of 2½ hours and a total duration of approximately 2¾ hours.

Weather hide

The Food Tours of San Diego take place in all weather conditions.

What To Wear hide

Dress comfortably. Flat rubber-soled walking shoes are recommended for this culinary adventure.

Additional Information hide

Tours include all food tastings. Participants should bring spending money as they will have the opportunity to purchase additional food, beverages, gifts and souvenirs on the tour.

Gratuities for your tour guide are not included but are greatly appreciated and may be offered at the end of the event.
