Discover delicious flavors of Miami’s South Beach during this indulgent SoBe Culinary Walking Tour. You will be escorted through South Florida’s trendy culinary scene as you indulge in some of the best treats Miami has to offer!

During this three-hour lunch tour, your friendly and knowledgeable Guide will escort you through the colorful streets of Miami and lead you past the tourist traps to the local favorites. Throughout the tour, you will learn about the history of South Beach and today’s trendy food scene as you indulge in mouthwatering morsels from five restaurants and cafes. Tasty highlights along the way include: Miami nouvelle cuisine, Peruvian Cuisine, Cuban fare, French treats, Brazilian delicacies and homemade Kosher ice cream!

So whether you are looking for fun things to do in Miami or a delicious unique gift, this fun South Beach Food Tour is perfect!

The Miami Food Tours are offered seven days a week October thru June, subject to availability. Tours begin at 11:00 AM daily and 4:30 PM Monday thru Saturday.

The South Beach Culinary Tours have a tour length of approximately 3 hours and a total duration of approximately 3¼ hours.

The Miami Food Tour take place in all weather conditions.

What To Wear

Dress comfortably, flat rubber-soled shoes and layers are recommended for this culinary adventure. Flip-flops, high heels and dress-shoes are not recommended.

Tours include 1¾ miles of walking. There are typically five stops along the tour, each stop will last between 20 and 25 minutes. All dishes served are included in the tour and typically enough food is served that participants will not need a meal after the tour.

Participants should bring spending money as they will have the opportunity to purchase additional non-alcoholic beverages on the tour. Gratuities for your tour guide are not included but are greatly appreciated and may be offered at the end of the event.

Tours are wheelchair and baby stroller accessible and friendly. Chicldren not participating in food tastings will not need a ticket. The tour is three hours long and some children have a limited attention span and therefore the tour may not be appropriate for some of them.

Andrix Café- Italian bakery and café
The Frieze Ice Cream Factory- All natural Kosher ice cream and sorbet

The locations visited on the tour are subject to change. Accommodations can be made for vegetarians and most dietary restrictions. Gluten free substitutions are limited.

Food Tour

The food was very good, we did not go home hungry. And our tour guide Sol was very knowledgeable. There was my wife and I only on the tour and Sol gave us an incredible amount of attention. Will definitely recommend the south beach food tour to anyone looking to experience Miami cuisine.

Great Outing - Even for Locals

We received this 'Experience' as a gift from friends who are fellow foodies. Though we've lived in South Florida for close to 15 years and regularly enjoy strolling Lincoln Road and South Beach, we learned so much and tried great restaurants that were new to us. Our Tour Guide, Kelly, was extremely knowledgeable about the history, architecture and various cultures and presented everything in an engaging, conversational way so that the entire group felt we were able to ask questions and share our own insights. As for the food, it was a treat trying delicious samples at truly 'local' establishments, and it was perfectly proportioned as well- enough to taste flavors while sparking the interest for return visits on our own. The bonus of the tour was being able to walk so we didn't feel like we took home extra pounds as souvenirs! In all, highly recommended for all looking for an interesting afternoon in South Beach...

We met our tour guide Kathrine right on time. She went thru our tour info. We thought this was the best the history the nieghbor hoods we strolled thru were so interesting and the food samples we were given were very tasty. Kathrine was very clear and excited about everything she showed us we just enjoyed all of it. We live down in Miami part time I would recommed this to everyone. A great gift for friends and family visiting the area. I can't say enought about Katherine the tour differnetely was not boring. Looking forward to the design district tour.

South Beach Food Tour Review

The tour gave us a nice cross section of restaurants but I feel they lacked any 'special' quality. I can compare this to a similar tour I took in Chicago that gave us full samples (ie, a whole sandwich a full slice of pizza plus a beer) rather than tastes. A glass of wine with the cheese with the cheese at the French restaurant would have been nice. Our guide was very nice and knowledgeable.

Answer: The tour includes 1.5- 1.75 mile of walking at a leisurely pace and they'll be able to sit down between stops.
Question: My girlfriend is a vegetarian. Will they be able to accommodate her on the tour?

Answer: Yes, this tour can accommodate vegetarians and most dietary restrictions with advance notice.
Question: Is there parking nearby?

Answer: There is plenty of parking near the start of the tour.
Question: I would like to gift this tour to my Mother for a Mother/Daughter day out. Will we be able to shop during the tour?

Answer: In order to keep up the pace, the tour company requests that you wait until the tour is over to shop. If you are visiting Miami you should book your tour early in your trip so you will have time to go back and visit some of the places your guide will point out.

Answer: Yes, most of the restaurants you'll visit during the tour have restrooms.
Question: How often do these tour get cancelled for rain?

Answer: The tours operate rain or shine so be sure to check the weather and bring an umbrella if it's calling for rain.
