A Boating License is required for anyone born after January 1, 1988 ( according to Florida state law). Information regarding this license will be sent to you upon booking.
There is a weight capacity limit of 300lb (~136 kg) for each ski.

This was great they were a lil late but as soon as they came we went straight to it. No hidden fees just a $10 test. I enjoyed my experience!

Fun jet skiing, awful people
Pickup was an absolute disaster! We waited about 40 minutes for the boat operator to arrive. He was super rude. Literally hung up on me on the phone.

Also, the clientele… oh man. Overweight, smokers and vapers, covered in tattoos, you know the crowd. 😟

Our appointment was at 2 three boats from the company came and picked up every single person before us then on the third boat they said we would be next after waiting 2 1/2 hours. I also was discriminated as they would let us on even tho we were there before everyone else.

I urge you to use other service this company will litterly scam you of your money over a little mistake and you forfeit all your money and no service. I plead with you use made right decision by checking the the comments and now am about to save you you're hard earned money as well. This company will take your money no matter what. If you are off even a minute you forfeit all your money. Also the address they have on file is fake they give you another address which is against viator terms of conditions but viator doesn't care because they got their cut. Go else where like thru airbnb . Me and my friends already lost our money on this company I don't want you to do as well. Businesses like these deserve to get 0 customers not when they act this way.

Good experience
This was a Saturday. We met at a public parking lot and waited for 1.5 hours for the boat to take us to the jetskis. The operator did text us previously and told us they were running late and that they moved out 3:30 booking to 4:00.
We did not get on the jetski until 5:15. (Original booking at 3:30) We had to rearrange the rest of the day because of that .
It was a good experience but do not expect it to be on time .

I booked Miami Jet Ski for June 25th, and I had a lot of fun. The workers were friendly and professional. Every time when my jet ski got sticker in the seaweed, the tour guy helped me with no complaints. I highly recommend if you love being on the water and enjoy speedboats.

we came with few friends from New York to enjoy Miami weather , so we decided to try the jetski ride, let me tell you, it was really great, we had fun so much that we purchased an other hour!

We had no pictures, no drinks, just 1 rude guy that didn’t even want to answer our questions.
The Jetskis are all beat up and ratchet like it was just not worth the money at all, the ski’s barely even work we booked for 3:30pm and they made us wait till 5pm and finally at 5:35 they picked us up to ride ! Who wants to ride when there is no sun ! There’s just no point i went early to ride with sun. It was a total bummer

TERRIBLE! I called a Viator employee so I wouldn’t f it up and he ended up F ing it up. When I got there the employees were rude and asking for more money , after they made the mistake! I seriously wouldn’t recommend! Then gave me 25 credit from 178 dollars!!!! Wtf

Wonderful experience!
We had the most amazing experience when Big Dave took us snorkeling. They made it so easy, helped set up our GoPro to get some great shots as well as have everything we could have needed with us. Stayed with us and showed us a great time! Also, very reasonable price. I highly recommend anyone to do this!

Amazing Tour, Super Funny
My friend and I had a great time on the water with BJM Tours. The team was very clear with safety rules and limitations, most importantly they let us go out and have fun on the water. Chris & Ninja captained our tour, they were amazing and great hosts. Next time I'm on the water I hope to kick it with them again.

Best way to see miami
This whole experience was amazing! The weather was predicted to be pretty bad and we were worried we wouldn’t be able to go but the workers got us in earlier just in case.
It was such fun. The instructor was so helpful and fun. Showing us some new tricks and making sure we had fun.
Was easy to get there and get picked up and it was easy to make sure I had all documents needed. Would recommend to anyone! Gorgeous views too.
