See the stunning, ancient redwood trees of beautiful Mendocino County from a completely new angle on a two and a half hour guided railbike excursion along disused train tracks. With no need to steer, you can sit back and enjoy the woodland scenery as you pedal along Pudding Creek on a round trip from the Fort Bragg depot, including a lunch stop at Glen Blair Junction.

Traveling on a custom, electric railbike with space for two people, you’ll depart from Fort Bragg and travel along the track of the old Skunk Train. Following your special guide, you’ll see awe-inspiring redwood trees and historic, wooden trestle bridges as you fly over the rails. At lunchtime you’ll take a break at Glen Blair Junction and have the chance to explore the redwoods along one of several looped trails. You’ll also be able to spot wildlife including blue herons, osprey, deer, and even otters and bears, before you hop back onto your bike for the return trip.
