The fun of this NY Food Tour begins when you meet your friendly and knowledgeable Guide in the heart of the historic town of Rhinebeck. You and the rest of the guests will then be escorted through the tree lined streets to unique specialty shoppes and eateries. In between stops, as you stroll down the streets, you will discover the rich history of Rhinebeck, a town that dates back to the 1680's. You will visit five to seven locations where you will enjoy mouthwatering samples of delicious, seasonal sweets and treats. Three tasty treats will be paired with a specialty alcoholic beverage.

The Food Tours of Rhinebeck are offered one Sunday a month June thru September, subject to availability. Tours typically begin at 11:00 AM.

What To Wear

Dress comfortably in layers. Flat rubber-soled walking shoes are recommended for this outdoor adventure.

Tours include half of a mile of walking, typically include five to seven tastings with three being paired the with a cocktail, glass of wine or artisanal beer, and all tastings are included. Water is available at several tasting locations, and participants may choose to purchase additional beverages from certain locations along the way. Restrooms are available during the tour.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the experience substitutions cannot be made for all dietary restrictions and specific stops on the tour are subject to change.

Alcoholic beverages are offered as pairings with some of the tastings. Participants must be 21 years of age with a valid Photo ID to enjoy the beverage tastings.

Gratuities are not included but are greatly appreciated and may be offered at the end of the event.
