This is a comfortably paced outdoor walking tour of downtown Salem, so please dress accordingly. The tour is largely attended and reservations are strongly suggested.

Guests who arrive late (even by just a minute) cannot be checked in. Please double-check with your group and make sure you have enough tickets, additional tickets CANNOT be purchased at check in. Share check in information with ALL members of your party as a late arrival cannot and will not be accepted, not be refunded, not be able to 'catch-up' and not be allowed to moved to a different tour slot.

Just The Right Mix is Spooky and Informative
My husband and I had an absolute blast on the tour! Our guide Courtney was very entertaining to listen to, as well as extremely knowledgeable and respectful of the history. The walk wasn’t too long or too short, and it wasn’t too difficult to stay caught up with the group. Seriously recommend to anyone curious about the historical AND the spectral stories of Salem.

Don’t bother. Boring. Half the group left after the second stop. We were told we would go into the cemetery and it was the mean reason we booked this one and it didn’t happen. Would not recommend.

Elainia was great. Very knowledgeable about the history. Your was full -about 45 people-so check in early. Weather was nit too hot (mid August) as the tour started at 8pm at night.)

Entertaining and Enlightening
We took the 3:00 tour with Tim Maguire who truly is an historian. He is not only knowledgeable, he is more than willing to share everything he knows. I admire his passion and dedication to sharing history!

The evening tour was equally fun with some of the same information as the earlier tour, but with a different guide who put a little different spin on the tour.

All in all, enjoyable and worth the trip!

Tour guide was great but we didn't get close to most of the sights our tour guide mentioned in stores. Other tours that came through would stand right next to us and took away from the experience.

Cas is the best!!
We recently did this tour and Cas was our tour guide. I highly recommend her! she knows her history and made the tour so great with her awesome personality! what I loved most is that she had a headset and would wait for everyone to gather around before talking so that we would all be able to hear her and can walk at our own pace. It was such a fun night filled with history and some ghostly things which I absolutely loved. if you can get her as a tour guide you won't be disappointed! I highly recommend it!

Fun time!!
The tour met at a cool store where all the staff was very nice and informative. Went on night tour with Lemaris as our guide. She was so great!!! Multiple stops along the way and Lemaris' knowledge was extensive and her information just flowed. It started right on time and lasted a little over an hour. Will do it again the next time we are in town!

Salem Night Tour
Jess did an enthusiastic job during the hour and a half tour of Salem by night. Clear to see she loves her job and believes in the ghost stories to some extent and brings this well across. Any questions asked, she knew well to answer. Although I don’t believe in anything supernatural, because of her enthusiasm, it was a great evening. Thank you Jess!

Michael- Best Tour Guide Ever !!!
My daughter and I traveled from Pennsylvania to Salem, Massachusetts,on Oct.2-5,2008, for the kick-off of Salem's Haunted Happenings. We love ghost tours so we went on quite a few in Salem while we were there, but the Salem Night Tour turned out to be our absolute favorite ghost tour. ! The number one reason for that can be attributed to our tour guide, "Michael"(a.k.a. Tim). He was, without a doubt, the best tour guide we ever had in Salem or anywhere else ! We had read quite a few accolades about him on Trip Advisor prior to our visit so we decided to take the tour to see if he lived up to his reputation. I must say, after taking the tour on Saturday, Oct. 4 with Michael, that he deserves all the praise he receives and more ! He was witty, humorous, very informative, and such a mesmerizing storyteller, not to mention the fact that he has a charming personality and is very easy on the eyes ! He is what makes the Salem Night Tour stand out among all the other ghost tours in Salem- what an absolute gem ! We enjoyed the tour so much that we can't wait to return to Salem next October to take the tour again ! I only hope that Michael will be our tour guide because it just wouldn't be the same without him !

FABULOUS TOUR GUIDE
Salem Night Tours was an average tour (have taken a few Salem tours). It was very reasonable ($10), compared to some others. The organization of guests was poor, that is 50 or more waiting in line to start tour, most having already bought tickets. Eventually, the large group was broken down to 10-20 in each. Fortunately, our tour guide was LEMARIS. We found her to be eloquent, very knowledgeable, and gave interesting accounts of various places. She was able to answer questions from people in the group. SHE gets an A+ for this otherwise average tour!

Night/ghost tours are always my favorite. You get the real history, not some watered down version of a history book. I love the darker side of history. Our tour guide was a total geek for this stuff. It was very obvious she enjoyed giving the tour, and was very into what she was doing. She was very knowlegable, spoke clearly, and made sure to wait for the group to re-gather at every stop before continuing. Cas, Thank you for an unforgettable evening.

Best Walking Tour in Salem
My husband and I decided to check out the Salem Night Tour while recently in Salem, and to our surprise it was the best tour that we have ever done in Salem. Our tour guide, Courtney was absolutely fabulous, she was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Salem and a lot of the stories that she told us on the tour we had not heard before, so that was wonderful. I would highly recommend this tour if you are trying to decide between the many options offered in Salem, and hopefully if you're lucky, you will get Courtney as a tour guide. :)

Fantastic tour!
Our family recently took a trip to Salem and we signed up for the Salem Night Tour, Blake was our tour guide and he was fabulous! When I tell you that he is enthusiastic about the history of Salem, I am not kidding! He had a great mix of history, the paranormal, humor and facts. My only complaint is that I wish it had been longer, I wish we could’ve hit more of the historic homes in Salem and heard their history but perhaps that is on a different tour. I’d be happy to have Blake give our family a tour of Salem any time!

Our guide Courtney was fantastic, she was incredibly knowledgeable and very respectful of the city. She brought forth a deeper understanding of the witch trials while also providing a good picture of the time period. The mix of history and legend made an excellent tour! I have shared so many stories from our tour and we even went back to some of the locations mentioned the next day to take a closer look!

My mom (63) and I (21) had SO much fun on this walking tour. The guides were experts on Salem history and our guide was able to answer all questions asked. I can't remember her name now, but she was absolutely wonderful, even in the pouring rain! Would highly recommend.
