Discover the Whitewater Rapids of Washington and experience the thrills of one of three different full-day Class III River Rafting Trips on the Methow, Wenatchee (one of the Top 10 Best Rivers in the US) or Tieton Rivers. 

The fun begins when you meet your friendly and knowledgeable River Guides. They will outfit you with your helmet, lifejacket and paddle. Once your group has been assigned to a raft you will go over the basics of paddling techniques prior to launching the raft in the river. Once in the white waters, you will paddle your way through exciting rapids, enjoy swimming holes and take in the amazing Cascade views. When the trip is complete, you will be able to change into dry clothes before enjoying a delicious Top Sirloin Steak BBQ with all of the fixin’s!

Participants
The Western Washington Whitewater Rafting Experience Gifts Certificate is for one participant, unless additional participants are added. There will be up to seven additional participants in the raft.

This experience is not suitable for non-paying guests.

When It Is Offered hide

The Raft Trips are offered on select dates, subject to availability and water levels. Methow River Trips are offered at the end of June and beginning of July, Tieton River Trips are offered late August thru the end of September, and Wenatchee Trips are offered April thru Mid August.

How Long Is It hide

The Whitewater Rafting Adventures are approximately 5 to 5½ hours in duration.

Weather hide

The Rafting Trips may be rescheduled by the Guide due to high winds, heavy rain, fog, low water levels or other inclement weather.

What To Wear hide

Dress comfortably, and bring a change of clothing. Please see the 'Washington Whitewater Rafting Information' for a full list of suggested articles to bring and wear.

Additional Information hide

Trips typically conclude with a Top Sirloin Steak BBQ that includes corn on the cob, potato salad, French bread, and lemonade. Sales tax is included, however Guide Gratuity is not and can be extended to your following your adventure.

Participation is limited to individuals 8 years of age or older (10 years of age for the Tieton Trips) weighing less than 250lbs. Wetsuits available to use are unisex and range in size from extra, extra small to 4X king long.

Individuals who are pregnant, have broken bones or other physical conditions which are considered unsafe conditions are not eligible to participate.

Participants are required to sign a Liability Release Form. If the participant is under the age of 18 a parent or guardian will need to sign the form prior to participation.

Wenatchee River Details & Requirements
The Wenatchee River Trips are fun for both beginners and experienced Rafters and offers Class III and Class III+ early season rapids. The Minimum age requirement for participants is 8 yrs old. Trips take place about 2½ hours East of Seattle.

Tieton River Rafting Details & Requirements
Get ready for non-stop action on the Tieton as, this is the fastest moving and fastest dropping (and warmest) river in the State. Starting out of Rimrock Dam, participants will enjoy up to 17 miles of non-stop whitewater! Wild Rose, High Noon, and the Waffle Wall are just a few of the highlights of this outdoor adventure. The Tieton offers Class III, III+ Rafting. The minimum age requirement for participants is 10 yrs old. Trips take place about 2¾ hours East of Seattle, near Yakima, WA.

Methow River Black Canyon Day Trip Details & Requirements
Face the Hurricane, Jolly Green Giant, and the Mother Lode in the legendary Black Canyon! Great for beginners and experienced rafters alike, the Methow offers Class III and IV rapids with floats between the excitement. The minimum age requirement for participants is 8 yrs old. Trips take place about 4 hours from Seattle.
