Experience the thrill of flight and Learn How to Fly a Plane during this Introductory Hands-On Scenic Flight over Los Angeles. Learn firsthand the sensation of flying a light aircraft as you soar 5,000 feet over Southern California in a Cirrus.

Before the fun begins, you will receive a briefing from your Instructor on the techniques and safety aspects of light aircraft flying. After your ground instruction, hop into the co-pilot's seat and prepare for takeoff with a Certified Flight Instructor by your side at all times. During this exhilarating 30 minute Discovery Flight Tour Lesson, fly over the incredible City of Angels.

Whether you are looking to begin a new hobby or you are simply interested in seeing what it feels like to pilot a light aircraft, jump in the pilot’s seat and take to the skies because this is the perfect experience gift for you!

The Flight Lesson In Los Angeles Xperience Certificate® is for one participant.

This experience is not suitable for guests.

When
The Flight Lesson In Los Angeles Experience is offered Monday through Saturday, year-round, subject to availability. Flights may be scheduled between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Duration
The Flight Lesson In Los Angeles Experience includes 30 minutes of ground instruction and an average flight time of 30 minutes. The total duration is approximately 1 hour.

Weather
The Flight Lesson In Los Angeles Experience may be cancelled by the Pilot due to severe weather such as high winds or heavy rain.

What to wear
Dress comfortably, layers and flat rubber-soled athletic shoes are recommended for this aerial adventure.

Additional Information
Participants must be at least 14 years of age and may not exceed 230 lbs. Individuals who are pregnant, have broken bones or other physical conditions which are considered by the Instructor to be unsafe conditions are not eligible to participate.

All Pilots are Certified Flight Instructors and are accident and incident free; the company has a 100% safety record.

Participants are required to show a valid form of ID and they will be required to sign a Liability Release Form. If the participant is under the age of 18, a parent or guardian will need to sign the form prior to participation.

Cancellation Policy
All changes to reservations for the Flight Lesson In Los Angeles Experience require seven (7) days advance notice.

Xperience Certificates® cannot be exchanged once a reservation for the experience has been made.

L.A. Flight Lesson

WOW....what a great experience. My wife purchased this for me for my birthday last November and I finally took advantage of it this Monday. I shouldn't have waited so long. The entire experience was absolutely phenomenal. From the arrival process at Signature in Van Nuys to the pre-flight review on the tarmac to the flight itself, it could not have been better. Huge kudos though go to my instructor, Markian, who was simply amazing. I would take lessons from this gentleman in a heartbeat to get my private pilot's license!!

Flight Lesson

The first Flight lesson, my daughters and I gave to my husband as a Father's Day gift. He enjoyed himself so much that I've purchased more lesson's for him for his Birthday. Everyone at Hollywood Aviators are so nice and I love the joy that my husband had on his face on the first flight lesson I couldn't resist giving him the gift of more lessons.
