Animal Encounters in Dallas

The ship was exceptionally clean. Our waiter was very attentive. The food was absolutely delicious. We had filet mignon, and it was cooked to perfection. It was just a lovely, lovely evening.

Parking was easy and boarding went great. We enjoyed the DJ and the meal. Going up on deck was fun and we did it several times.

Our sailing trip was wonderful! We were a group of six people who all would highly recomend this trip. The captain and crew were skilled, and took great care to make our sail fun and memorable! The beer, wine, soda and fresh fruit were a special treat. We will certainly do this again when we visit Key West the next time.

Cruise- The cruise itself was very relaxing, nice views. I do however wish we would have went when the weather was nicer. The weather was pretty windy and cold so we only went outside for a minute.

Food- The food was awesome. The salads were good, although not really my type (a little sweet for my taste.) I had the steak which was great, perfectly spiced and temperature was exactly what i had expected. My boyfriend had the tilapia which he also said was very good. while the food wasn't particularly hot, was more like warm. It was very good and that is definitely forgiven due to the great taste and sheer amount of people there. The dessert was cheesecake which was also nice (this is from a person whos not a big fan of cheesecake).

Music- The dj was also particularly good. She played a nice selection of stuff esp since everyone there was celebrating mostly valentines day.

Over all it was one of the most memorable and enjoyable experiences of my life. (I think my boyfriend also had a big part to do with that though :) ) we will be going again as both of us consider it one of the most romantic enjoyable evenings we've ever had.
