A Key West kayak tour at sunset is a wonderful way to explore the beautiful coastal scenery and natural beauty of the Florida Keys.

The tour will start with a brief orientation on techniques and safety, so that you feel confident and comfortable on the water. Once you're ready, you'll set off with your guide, who will lead you along a carefully chosen route that showcases some of the most picturesque spots around Stock Island. As you paddle, you may spot a variety of wildlife, including dolphins, sea turtles, and a range of colorful tropical fish. You may also see pelicans and other seabirds as they soar overhead and dive into the water to catch fish.

The Sunset Kayak Tours are offered seven days a week between May and August, subject to availability. Tours typically start at 6:00 PM.

How Long Is It

The Key West Paddle Tours have a length of 2½ hours and a total duration of approximately 2¾ hours.

Weather

The Sunset Kayak or SUP Tour may be rescheduled by the guide due to high winds, heavy rain, fog or other inclement weather.

What To Wear

You’re advised to wear clothes and shoes you don’t mind getting wet, and sunglasses, a hat, and sunscreen.

Additional Information

Participants must be a minimum of 7 years of age and know how to swim. Lifejackets will be provided and must be worn at all times.

Coolers are permitted on the kayaks. Guests are advised to bring a change of clothes and a towel along with shoes they don't mind getting wet.

Gratuity for your guide is not included and can be extended at the end of the tour.
