The Mission District Tours are offered year-round, subject to availability. The 18th Street Tours are held on Wednesdays and typically begin at 6:00 PM and the 24th Street Tours are held on Saturdays and typically begin at 11:00 AM.

The Mission District 18th Street Tours have a length of 2½ hours and a total duration of 2¾ hours, and the Mission District 24th Street Tours have a length of 3 hours and a total duration of 3¼ hours.

What To Know Before You Go

Tours include 1- 1½ miles of walking and several stops for tastings. The Mission 18th Street tour includes samples of alcoholic beverages. For participants under 21 years of age, soft drinks will be served. For most, the amount of food served is equivalent to a meal. Participants may bring a bottle of water or non-alcoholic beverage on the tour.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the experience no substitutions can be made, however dietary restrictions can be accommodated with advance notice. Locations visited on the tour are subject to change.

Gratuities for your tour guide are not included but are greatly appreciated and may be offered at the end of the event. You will have the opportunity to purchase additional food and beverages after the experience, therefore participants are urged to bring additional spending money and a bag to hold any purchases.

Learning About A Great New Part of SF

Although we've lived for decades near San Francisco and visited about 5 times a year, we had not yet discovered the Mission. This tour showed us a variety of new spots with ample tastings of sweet and savory foods and some beverages. The cute re-purposed buildings and abounding vibrant energy make the tour an absolute must! The area was hopping with people going in and out of cafes, a charcuterie, and sweet shops.
