You’ll learn about the process of creating chocolate, from ethically sourcing beans, to roasting, mixing, and creating delicious flavor combinations. Then, once you’ve donned a hairnet, it’s time for the fun stuff! You’ll be given your very own bar of dark chocolate to flavor any way you wish. Add dried raspberry, pear, or banana, or even sprinkle it with nuts, seeds, crystallized ginger, or salt, it’s entirely up to you. Once the chocolate has set, you’ll package it in a special bag and take it home to savor.
